I've been on so many runs where I've got out and my head is just not in it. It's almost like my body is going but my brain is like on a completely different wavelength. So I just have a few little tips and tricks that I've kind of picked up along the way that keep me going when I do feel like that. So one is having a really good playlist. Make a playlist with songs that you know, singing along in your head and zoning out to them is a really good way to kind of distract yourself. I also like to think of three kind of motivational sentences or almost like manifestations I kind of chant to myself over and over again.
