I'll be honest, I do not like waking up at 5 am. But the warmer it gets and the closer we are to summer, the easier I find it to wake up early. It's almost as if with every ray of sunshine dancing throughout the sky, my batteries are filling up again and I'm so much more motivated. We all have days where we barely get out of bed. We rush through the steps within a routine that we do, most necessary, and out of the door we go. And there's nothing wrong with that. But for my own mental and also physical health, I find a structured morning routine that I can stick to on most days highly beneficial.
