I splash my face with water, I put on a little bit of moisturizer just so that my skin feels nice and hydrated, but my actual skincare routine does not take place, up until I'm done with my workout. And then it's time to pick out my gym fit of the day. I think a cute outfit for the gym is so essential to boost your motivation. I go to the gym about four times a week, and I 100% prefer an early morning workout over an evening or nighttime workout. Scientifically, weightlifting is not relaxing as it does spike your adrenaline production. But incorporating physical movement is something that brings me inner peace.
