Whoa, that run took me out! It's also so freaking hot; I never gonna shut up about the heat because this summer is already a scorcher. I love weight training, and I love going to the gym, and I love doing all types of strength training. And as a kid, I was always taught that that type of training and ballet are not very complementary, and it's really hard for them to coexist. And honestly, that's all I can say for why I procrastinated it for so long, and I need to be in the right headspace of coming in here.
