My first kind of lesson of this year was that I finally fell in love with moving my body. I tried different home workout challenges, programs, at-home yoga, I had a personal trainer, I had a gym membership. It was honestly just so impossible for me to stick to. Like, it was I always came in little spurts. I was really excited, and then I completely fell off. And I finally figured it out this year, and it's honestly been probably the most gratifying part of my year. It's honestly added so much stability to my life. Like, it really builds confidence and discipline.
