在过去的一年左右，我开始有意专注于我已经拥有的特质和才能，而不是试图融入不适合自己的模式。过去，我总是四处寻觅，却忽略了自己已经拥有的一切，很容易受到外界影响。现在，我关注自己已经拥有的才能，将它们视为我的指路明灯。这是我做过的最爱自己的事之一。随之而来的是，我开始感觉自己像在顺应潮流前行。我不再不停地与某种东西作斗争，也不再逼自己去改变或修复一开始根本就没有损坏的东西。

In the last year or so, I've really started to intentionally focus on the traits and talents I already have, instead of trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. I used to look anywhere but at what I already have. I used to be so impressionable. This focusing on the talents I already have, I treated them like my North Star. And it really ended up being one of the most self-loving things I've ever done. And with that, I started to feel like I was going with the current. I wasn't constantly fighting something and pushing to change or fix what was never even broken in the first place.
