在 12 月的某一天，我决定开车去找房，心里没抱任何期待。我能接受各种条件，但有几个硬性要求。其中之一当然是采光要好，这是首要条件。我希望新公寓里能有娱乐设施，比如楼里能有个健身房的话就太赞了。还希望公寓能自带独立的洗衣机和烘干机。我想搬到离商店和咖啡馆不远的地方，步行就能到。另外，能看到美景的大窗户也是必不可少的。

In December, just one random day, I decided to go drive out and go apartment-hunting, not expecting to find anything. I was pretty open to anything. I did have a few non-negotiables. One of them, of course, being a good and natural lighting. This is the top priority. I was hoping that my next apartment would have recreational amenities, like having a gym in the building would be so cool. I wanted the apartment to have an in-unit washer plus dryer. This time I wanted to move into a place that was walking distance to grocery stores, cafes, etc. Big windows with a pretty view were a must.
