我一直在推迟使用手机的时间。我并不觉得社交媒体只有坏处。我认为它可以起到积极作用，给人带来启发，让你感觉与他人有所联结。但我确实觉得，我们需要更有意识地选择何时使用社交媒体，不要让它成为一种无意识的自发行为。这是我目前做出的最重要的改变。 而且，早上出门散步能让我以最好的状态迎接新的一天。

我一直不碰手机，一直在推迟使用手机。比如说到了早上十点，我会想，哦，我甚至都不想拿起它。因为我一整个早上都过得很积极高效且有条理，没有手机带来的外部干扰。我并不是觉得社交媒体不好。我认为它有积极作用，能给人带来启发，让你感觉与他人有所联结。我觉得有很多好处。你可以学到很多，可以得到很多灵感。但我确实觉得，我们需要更有意识地选择何时使用社交媒体，不要让它成为一种无意识的自发行为。
I’ve been not on my phone. I have been like putting off going on my phone. Like it will get like 10 a.m. and I'll just think, Oh, I don't even want to pick it up because I've been having such like productive, clear, positive mornings without all of the kind of external noise that comes from your phone. I do not think social media is a bad thing at all. I think it could be a really positive inspirational thing. I think it can make you feel connected to others. I think there are so many, so many benefits. You can learn loads, you can get so much inspiration. But I do think we need to be so much more careful with when we choose to consume social media rather than it being on auto.
