Life might feel like it's just coming at you, and you can't stop it. Months and years are whizzing by in this kind of same monotonous routine, and you might be pushed to feel like, "Is this it? Is this everything life is?" I think that's a very normal and healthy thing to feel on this crazy world we live in where we are meant to run on this little hamster wheel instead of just like frolicking in nature with cute animals and hunting and gathering. But we also do deserve to break ourselves out of that loop.
