I've just thrown a hoodie on this morning. I have done my full makeup for the first time this week today. Because honestly, there was just something about the week before your period that just any ounce of self-confidence you might have, gone. My whole face every morning is so puffy. I get such bad water retention in the week before my period, so it feels like everything you've been doing at Pilates is out the window. So anyway, I did my makeup today just to feel a bit more like myself. Mom and I are actually going to pop out and do a little bit of like furniture hunting this morning.
